These improvements have resulted in lower energy costs for building owners and residents as well as an enhanced quality of life for tenants.

Income-Eligible / Affordable Housing

State utility incentive programs are in place to offset the cost of energy efficient upgrades in income-eligible buildings. At Paradigm Energy Services we have an intimate knowledge of these affordable housing incentives and the application process. We will act as a liaison on your behalf and will navigate the rules and regulations for our income-eligible housing customers to cover most, if not all, of the costs of energy upgrades.
