What I enjoy most is turning complex systems into clear solutions that make a real difference. Hi I'm Patrick! I'm an Energy auditor and mechanical engineer who was born, went to school, and currently lives in MA. I've been working in the energy efficiency field for over 10 years with experience on Commercial & Industrial Energy Efficiency projects as well as residential ones, allowing me to bring firsthand knowledge of a wide variety of energy efficiency project knowledge in order to meet the unique needs of each facility we serve. I fortunately able walk to work most days, and I love how our work advances sustainability in the residential environment, especially in underserved communities.

I'm Jon-Lawrence and I'm a Project Engineer. I've been with the company since 2020 working on various energy efficiency retrofit projects. I have a Bachelors in Sustainable Urban Environments and a Masters in Historical & Sustainable Architecture from NYU. I also serve as a board member of The Boston Preservation Alliance, a non-profit that advocates for the preservation of Boston's historic spaces. In my personal time I love to play Billiards (8-Ball/9-Ball) competitively.

I’m Tom, the Residential Heating Systems Project Coordinator at Paradigm. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Policy and Economics from BU. I have long been passionate about demonstrating to folks that sustainable energy is a smart, worthwhile investment. Before joining Paradigm in 2024, I worked in the solar industry in a variety of roles focused on greening the grid. Now, I’m excited to be cutting carbon from the other end of the power lines - through efficient, low-emission heat pumps. Outside of work, you can find me hiking with my dog Finn or traveling with my wife.
